Do you need help with computer tasks or understanding?

I can help you do your computer tasks alongside, such as creating a contact list in GMail. (Not by myself but with you.)
Normally: We will meet in person and I will help you do them.
During the pandemic: We can meet online through Zoom and share screen as needed.

Kind and patient support for $75/hr ($70/hr with 4 hour package, $65/hr with 8 hour package*, buy packages up-front).

Normally: We can meet at a place we could do these tasks, such as the Mountain View library. Bring a laptop and/or issue. The library provides free WiFi and bookable (study) rooms.
During the pandemic: We can meet online via Zoom.

I have BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science and worked at Google for 3 years as a Software Engineer.

I can help with Google applications, such as Google Drive, and try to figure out others, such as WordPress.

My schedule is flexible and may vary every week.

* unused portion of packages are refundable within 60 days of payment. Payments can be online through Venmo (and another vendor) or paper checks by mail.

The refund will be less of used session(s) at the qualified rate ($75/hr if less than 4 sessions, $70/hr for a 4 session-group).
